Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need, depth of character and service  orientation.
Application  requirements: Transcript.
Additional  information:Applicant must  be current New  York State Grange member.  Must have been  Junior Grange member to qualify for maximum  award. Send  SASE for application.
