Enhanced Insurance Scholarship Program
Type of award:Scholarship.
Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study at accredited 2-year or 4-year  institution  in United  States.
Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Applicant must be U.S. citizen.
Application  requirements:  750 to  1250 word  essay  on "Why Insurance is lmportant  to Me"; More  details on  Enhanced Insurance website.
Additional information:  One award  for every  250 entries.  Send essay to email address in the contact information. Essay should be in the body of the email. Employees of Upper Left, Inc not eligible. Must  have parental consent  if  under  17.
