Eligibility: Applicant or parent must be member/participant of American  Legion. Applicant must be residing  in Nebraska.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic  achievement.
Additional information: Must be student at University of Nebraska with high academic and ROTC standing, or military veteran attending University of Nebraska with financial need and  acceptable scholastic standing.
