I Do Not Have The Clear Cut Idea Of Admission Requirements For NTU & NUS

Hi their,
I am Yash Nehra and i am very much interested to take admission in [Nanyang Technological University] and [National University of Singapore] but i do not have the clear cut idea of admission requirements for these two universities. I approached some people and they were like SAT and IELTS both are must.
Whereas on the official site they suggested to write any one of them . More over some consultancies are like your sat score should be 1400 above whereas internet is showing that 1250 above only fine . And do we even need to write an other exam for NTU and NUS ?
Can you just send me the admission requirements for NTU and NUS and the minimum score i need to have for the admission . And what all exams do i need to write and how much should i score in each exams.
