Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Applicant must be residing in New Jersey. Must be child of honorably discharged veteran of U.S. Armed  Forces.
Additional information: Must be New Jersey resident for at least two years. Rules and applications distributed to all New Jersey  high  school guidance departments.
