Please Check All My Queries And Let Me If I Am Eligible For The DASA Scheme Or Not

I have a certain number of questions to ask.
1. Is it necessary that I must have studied 8 years outside India to become eligible for the DASA scheme or just 11th and 12th is enough?
2 Under what residential category should I apply NRI/PIO/OVERSEAS INDIAN?
3. And also my name in passport, 10th result, 11th result, and the 12th result is just "Tanuj" whereas in my college board account/SAT registration it is " Tanuj Kumar " so is there any issue or problem regarding that ?.
4. And also 60% is required in individual subjects or overall that is a total of 5 subjects taken together?
5. Well, I have been studying in the UAE since 2013(7th grade) till 12th(2019) pass and have secured 78% overall in 12th and 71% in 11th and 9.2cgpa in 10th so am I eligible for any of the scheme DASA /CIWG?
My individual 12th scores are:-
English 80
Maths 54
Computer science 87
Physics 86
Chemistry 79
