Thanks for writing to us. Unfortunately in both the cases you cannot claim NRI quota in CIWG or DASA.

Eligibility criteria is minimum 5 years of education from abroad. In which 11th and 12th must be completed from Middle Eastern Country.

Sorry, You can't.

DASA is only for UG students. Students get admitted to DASA via SAT Subject Test scores.

it's not for students that are into graduation. There's no such test as well.
