Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study at 2-year or 4-year institution in United States. Designated institutions: University of Oklahoma (OU), Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SOSU), or an Oklahoma public two-year college. Eligibility: Applicant must be American Indian. Applicant must be U.S. citizen residing  in Oklahoma.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic  achievement.
Application requirements: Essay, transcript, proof of eligibility. Photo, proof .of tribal enrollment or ancestry, financial needs analysis (FNA)  form.
Additional information: Minimum 2.0 GPA. Not for use at tribal college. Must be a member or descendant of a tribe in Oklahoma. Must have proof of American Indian/Alaskan Native enrollment or descent. Visit Website for additional information .
