Astanza Q-Switched Laser Annual Scholarship
Type of award: Scholarship.
Intended  use:For full-time undergraduate study at vocational, 2-year, 4-year or  graduate institution.
Eligibility: Applicant must be at least 17. Applicant must  be
U.S. citizen.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in physics; biology; engineering;  medicine or nursing.
Application requirements : Transcript. Completed application form, scanned acceptance letter to accredited college/university, and scanned recent transcript (either from high school or college). Application e-mail should include a cover letter explaining why you are a good candidate for this scholarship and why you are pursuing an education in your field of choice.
