Eligibility: Applicant must be residing in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas  or Missouri.
Basis for selection:  Competition/ta lent/interest  in  amateur radio. Major/career interest in journ alism; computer/information sciences  or  engineering, electrical/electronic.
Application  requirements: Transcript. FAFSA.
Additional information: Must hold active Amateur Radio license. May be child of deceased radio amateur. High school seniors eligible to apply. Application may be obtained on Website,  and will only be accepted  via email.
