Appaloosa Youth Association Educational Scholarships
Type of award: Scholarship, renewable.
Intended use: For full-time undergraduate or graduate study at accredited postsecondary  institution  in United States.
Eligibility : Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement, leadership and service orientation.
Application requirements: Recommendations, essay, transcript, proof of eligibility. Photo. SAT/ACT scores optional.
Additional information: Applicant must be member of  Appaloosa Horse Club or Appaloosa Youth Association. Must be involved in the Appaloosa industry and have general
knowledge and accomplishments in horsemanship. GPA of  3.5
for one scholarship, GPA of 2.5 for other scholarships. Application  available online.
