Eligibility: Applicant must be Alaskan native or American Indian. Applicant must be U.S.  citizen.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academ ic achievement.
Application requirements : Essay, transcript, proof of eligibility. Photo, proof of tribal enrollment or ancestry,
financial needs analysis (FNA) form.
