Eligibility:  Applicant  must  be residing in West Virginia.
Basis  for selection:  Competition/talent/interest  in amateur radio. Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement. Application  requirements:  Transcript.  FAFSA. Additional information: Minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be amateur radio operator with active General Class license or  higher. High school seniors are eligible to apply.
