Eligibility:  Applicant or parent  must he member/participant  of
American Legion Auxiliary. Applicant must be residing in South Dakota.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high academic  achievement, depth of  character,
leadership and patriotism.
Application requirements: Recommendations, essay, transcript. Resume.
Additional  information:  Applicant  must  have  been senior
South Dakota American Legion Auxiliary member for three consecutive years including current  year.
