Basis  for  selection:  Competition/talent/interest  in oratory/
<lebale, base<l  un  language style,  voice, diction, delivery, originality, logic, breadth of knowledge, application of knowledge about topic, and  skill  in  selecting examples and analogies.
Application  requirements: Proof  of  eligibility.
Additional information: Awards: First place, $1,000; second place, $750; third place, $500; fourth place, $250; and four
$100 awards.
