Amtrol  Scholarship
Type  of  award:  Scholarship.
Intended use: For full-time freshman study at 4-year institution.
Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Applicant must  be U.S. citizen  or permanent  resident:
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in geology/earth sciences; engineering, environmental; environmental science; natural resources/conservation or hydrology. Applicant must demonstrate  high  academic achievement, leadership,
seriousness of purpose and service orientation. Application  requirements:  Recommendat ions,  essay,
transcript. Description of completed high school science project involving ground water resources or of non-school work experience  related to environment  and  natural  resources.
Additional  information:  Applicant  must  be entering  field related to ground water, e.g. geology, hydrology , environmental science, or hydrogeology. Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Visit Website  for  application  procedure and forms.
