Application requirements: Nomination by piano teacher, who must be member of National Guild of Piano Teachers.  Copies of ten inner report cards and  stubs.
Additional information: Award to be used for piano study.
Student must have been national winner for ten years, Paderewski Medal winner, and Guild High School Diploma recipient.
