Students With Physics, Chemistry, Maths, And Biology Cannot Give NEET From Now?

Students with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology cannot give NEET from now on 2018 onwards? I have heard this somewhere and need to know is this true? If yes, do we have any authentic source for this.
I also heard that from this year onward the students who are from Open School will also not be eligible for NEET Exams. Please clarify ASAP!!
