Intended use: For full-time undergraduate or graduate study at accredited 4-year institution in United  States.
Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen residing in Hawaii. Basis for selection: Applicant  must demonstrate  financial need, high  academic achievement  and depth of character.
Application  requirements:  Recommendations, essay,
transcript. SAR, FAFSA, SAT/ACT scores, personal statement, name/job title of parent employed by Queen's Medical Center. Additional  information:  Minimum  2.0  GPA.  Amount of award varies. Applicant must be a child dependent of a current employee at Queen's Medical Center, and  must attend community college in  Hawaii.
