Intended use: For undergraduate study at vocational, 2-year or 4-year institution. Designated institutions: Public Florida postsecondary institutions.
Eligibility:  Applicant  must be U.S. citizen or  permanent
resident.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
Application requirements: Transcript, proof of eligibility. Applicants must submit a FAFSA and Florida Financial Aid Application (PPAA). lf not Plorida resident, copy of Student Aid Report (SAR) must be sent to OSFA and postmarked by May  15th. Applicants must show proof of  ancestry.
Additional information: Applicant must be direct descendent of Rosewood families affected by the incidents of January, 1923; renewal applicants given priority. Award amount specified in the General Appropriations Act. Award  covers Office of Student Financial Assistance 325 West  Gaines Street
