Eligibility: Applicant must be residing in Virginia, West Virginia or Maryland.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in horticulture or landscape architecture. Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement.
Application requirements: Recommendations, essay, transcript. Resume, cover  letter. Additional information: Minimum 2.7 overall GPA and minimum  3.0 in major. Must be majoring  in  horticulture,
landscape, or closely related field. Must have junior standing in four-year curriculum  or senior standing in two-year  curriculum.
