Intended use: For undergraduate or graduate study at vocational, 2-year, 4-year or graduate institution.
Eligibility:  Applicant  must be at least  16. Applicant must be
U.S . citizen.
Basis for selection: The contest requires you to create a short YouTube video about yourself, your past achievements, how you can help shape the world around you, why college education is important, and what motivates you. Give us examples what you have achieved in school and outside of school.
Application requirements: Transcript.  Proof  you're  attending an accredited college or un iversity or have been accepted to an accredited college or university.
