Explorers Club Youth Activity Fund Grant
Type  of  award:  Research grant.
Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study at postsecondary institution.
Basis for selection: Competition/talent/interest in research paper, based on proposal's scientific and practical merit, investigator's competence, and budget's appropriateness. Major/career interest in natural sciences. Applicant must demonstrate seriousness of  purpose.
Application requirements : Recommendations, proof of eligibility, research proposal. One-page description of project, budget, copy of student ID.
Additional information: For research project in the natural sciences under supervision of qualified scientist or institution. Average award amount is approximately $1500. For high school students or undergraduates only. Recipients of grants must provide one- to two-page report  on their  exploration  or
research within year of receiving the grant. Request application form from club. Notifications begin April. See Website for more details and deadline.
