Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in Hawaii.
Basis for selection:  Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high  academic achievement and depth of character. Application  requirements:Essay,  transcript.  FAFSA  and SAR, SAT/ACT scores. Name  of Tesoro employee and relationship.
Additional information: Minimum 3.0 GPA. Must be dependent of an employee of Tesoro Hawaii or its subsidiaries. Applicants must have permanent address in Hawaii. Applicants who take up mainland residency must have relatives Jiving in Hawaii. Amount and number of awards vary.
