2-year  or 4-year colleges in Hawaii.
Eligibility: Applicant must be Native Hawaiian/Pac ific Islander. Applicant must be residing in  Hawaii.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic  achievement.
Application requirements: Recommendations , essay, transcript.  FAFSA and SAR, SAT/ACT scores.
Additional information:  Minimum  2.7 GPA. Must  be graduate of Hawaii  high school. Must be of Filipino  ancestry.
