List of Important Documents Necessary during NEET 2019 Application Form Registration:

• Academic Documents:
 Mark sheets of 10thStandard and 12th standard
• Contact Details:
 Mobile Number.
 Email ID.
• Scanned Photograph & Signature in prescribed size and format
 Format will be JPG and JPEG
 The size of the scanned copy of the passport photograph should be between 10 kb and 100 kb.
 The size of the scanned copy of the signature should be 3 KB to 20 KB.
• Aadhaar card for Indian Nationals
 Aadhaar card has become mandatory for all the Indian nationals except students from J&K, Meghalaya and Assam.
 It is used to allot the examination centres to the exam-takers in a hassle-free manner.
 Also, this has helped applicants not to carry multiple documents for the identity and address proof. Candidates who have not received their cards yet can use the enrolment number.
 And those who don’t have one are advised to visit the nearest enrolment centre and apply for it. For any spelling mistake on the card, they must apply for the correction and enter that number instead.
 Ration card number, passport, bank account number, etc. for candidates belonging to J&K, Meghalaya and Assam
• Credit or debit details for hassle-free payment
• Passport number for foreign nationals (NRIs / OCI & PIO)
