We are NRI parents and my child is studying Grade 10 (IGCSE Curriculum) in China. She has studied few grades (Grades 3,4,6,7 and 8) in Andhra Pradesh, India before she came to China. She is planning to go to India again for studying grades 11 and 12.  Can she apply as an Indian national or under NRI category for applying for NEET-2021? Is she eligible to get the domicile certificate from Andhra Pradesh and can come under 85% state quota ? She is born in AP, India and has permanent residence address in India. We would request you to kindly clarify our doubts as it's very essential for us to take a decision to continue her studies in India and for our relocation.
