The requirement for IB math SL calls for very dedicated and strenuous efforts. Those who have done well in IB maths SL, the SAT Math would be a cakewalk. SAT is the stepping stone for admission to the University.

The SAT covers:

• Trigonometry
• Statistics,
• Calculus,
• Pre-Calculus etc.

On the other hand, IB follows an international curriculum as well as a base for scholarships for schools in many countries.
Compared to IB, the Sat Maths is easier.

Of course, the IB maths help you substantially with the SAT. Both the AP (The Advanced Placement) and IB (International Baccalaureate) are the high school level exams enabling the students to get college admissions.
