Eligibility:  Applicant  must be residing in  Oregon .Basis for selection: Major/career interest in arts, general. Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic achievement.

Additional information : Applicants must be graduates of a Jackson County high school, or GED recipients or home­ schooled graduates from Jackson  County.  Minimum  2.75 GPA.
