Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in  Massachusetts.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and  high academic achievement.
Application  requirements:  SAT/ACT scores.
Additional information: Minimum  3.75  GPA.  Tuition  waiver for full tuition and related fees. For renewal, must maintain 3.3 GPA. Each state college may provide five new Paul Tsongas Scholarship Tuition  Waivers per  academ ic year.
