Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident  residing in Hawaii.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high  academic achievement.
Application requirements: Essay, transcript. FAFSA/SAR, SAT/ACT scores.
Additional information: Must be graduating senior from public high  school  in  County of Maui.  Minimum  3.0 GPA.
