We are Indians currently staying in Sri Lanka. My son had appeared for Feb JEE mains and had secured 85.6 percentile.
We are regularly watching your videos for guidance. Recently came across a video that gave an idea on what percentile may be needed for getting admission in NIT's.
Since my son has got a certain percentile we needed some guidance on which all NIT's he may be eligible for.

Admission to NITs is granted on the basis of JEE MAIN score, After the result, students can register themself for the NIT and go for the counseling process conducted by JoSSA.
NIT Offer Various Engineering Courses
- Civil Engineering.
- Chemical Engineering.
- Computer Science & Engineering.
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Mechanical Engineering.
- Metallurgical Engineering.
- Production Engineering.
And all the courses have different cutoffs for admission in that particular choice of course. You can check all the cut off on the official sites. and here we share the last year's cutoffs for various NITs in different courses, you will get a rough idea for this year.
