Hi

This is Prema ,staying in USA with work visa. We are all indian citizens. My daughter is in 10th grade now.  We are planning to complete 12th grade here in US, and move for good to india after her completion.

If thats the case whether it is possible to apply in NIT general quota or only way in DASA. If its in DASA scheme it is not possible to pay for the whole 4 years (NRI fees) by staying in india.

Is this possible to change in the second year of the course (after our return )to normal quota. I am also planning to have the online course for JEE mains.

Is it enough to have the 2 yrs course for jee mains. I am also wondering if there is any special course for BITSAT.

It would be very helpful if you help us in this.

Thanks

    Thanks for connecting with us.

Option 1. 10+2 from abroad - This makes the candidate eligible for DASA Quota and once you opt for that, fee applicable is for DASA category for complete 4 years.
Option 2. Only 10 from abroad - In this care candidate will not be eligible for DASA Quota but will be treated as NRI student. Which means you cannot get seats in NRI Quota but you will pay the NRIs fee, which is higher. So, it's better to go for option 1 always.
