Greetings

I'm a student of Class 12 from Sharjah.

I am appearing for JEE MAIN 2021 and I have registered for JEE MAIN this morning.

I belong to the OBC category and my annual income is above Rs. 800000. But I have chosen OBC-NCL which states that the annual income should be less than Rs. 800000.

Should I correct the category to 'General' during the correction or is 'OBC-NCL' right for me?

Thanking you

  • You should change your category. It may occur problems later. If you wish to take a reservation in Indian prestigious colleges, you should go with the DASA / CIWG (NRI Quota). There are total 3000 seats are available for the NRIs students under DASA CIWG quota.
