Yes SAT Registration fee is refundable, keep in mind a few conditions are mentioned below:

1. The SAT Registration Fee can not be refunded later than five days before the test day.

2. Refunds are processed beginning 42 days (weeks) after the test date.

3. Canceled registrations are partially refunded - applicants get $10 back, whether you were signed up for the SAT or the SAT with Essay.

4. SAT Rush score reports cannot be refunded.

5. SAT Additional score reports may be refunded if orders are canceled within 24 hours and have not been sent or processed

6. SAT Score reports you ordered with registration are refundable only if you are absent on test day.

7. SAT Student Answer Service or  Question-and-Answer Service is only refundable if your order has not yet been fulfilled or if you missed your SAT test date (for example, you were absent). Contact Customer Services
