Team, My Greeting to all the members on this boards and would appreciate if anyone can solve my doubt here. I'm an NRI in Tokyo and living here for almost 8 years now. Soon i will be getting my PR for Tokyo and now i do not want my son to send him back to India neither he wants to go back to India for pursuing his graduation.

After having spent time in Tokyo for so long now, i understand that the children's here in Tokyo are not that competitive when we compare them with Indian students. NRI students in Tokyo are little introvert and they have not seen that hard culture.

So, i son took PCM in grade 12th and now after this i want him to send any of the good universities here in Japan. I need to know if any NRI did this before or have any clue about this. Really appreciate if someone can build on this.

Now, i have read it over the internet that at the UG level in Japan there are hardly any course available in English. Is this true? Also, for getting admission in Universities in Japan one must be of 18 years. Is this also true? If yes, how do we manage this.

I would really appreciate if someone can throw light on this as i think that it will be very important for other NRI parents here in Tokyo to know.
