I work as a lecturer in a school in Singapore. My ward goes to Indian International School in Singapore. He is studying since class IV. Assuming that I stay for a longer time and my ward continues in the same school, is he eligible to appear for the JEE exams under the DASA category.

DASA Category for Singapore students, Dasa is only valid for engineering courses in India, Like B.Tech, B.E, B.Arch, and B.Plan.
Eligibility Criteria For Qualify for DASA Scheme
1. Candidate Should Get Minimum 60% Marks In 11th and 12th Class.
2. He Should Complete His Higher Study 10th and 12th From Abroad.
3. There Is No Age Limit For JEE 2021, Candidate Who Passed 12th In the Year 2019 or 2020 Can Appear For JEE 2021.
If The Candidate Pursue His 11th and 12th From Abroad Then He Is Eligible For DASA Category And Can Apply For JEE Main.
After Getting a Valid Score in JEE Main, Candidate Can Apply For- NIT's, IIIT's, CFTI's, State Govt. College.
Candidate Can Also Prepare For Top 23 IIT's Of India Through JEE Advance Entrance Exam.
