Clearing JEE Or Any Other Entrance From Dubai, Eligibility For Regular Quota In India ?

Respected Sir/Madam;
I have a confusion regarding NRI seat. If a student clearing JEE or any entrance exam from Dubai, will he or she not eligible for regular quota in India? What about their JEE rank.
Please clear my doubts.

1. NRI Quota - Being an NRI you cannot get away normal Indian seat in any circumstances. Student need to go through DASA / CIWG scheme to secure a seat.
2. JEE Score & Rank: Since this is going to be the first time when JEE Main is happening for DASA / CIWG. It will only be available from next year.
