Dear Sir,
My name is Abhishek Sharma, citizen of Ecuador in South America, I have OCI card. My all education completed in India upto Master and born in India.
Now I am seeking admission for Ph.D in Social work.
I seen with state universities and private universities with very high fees like USA.
Ph,D fees around 4000$USD yearly.
I have a question, Am I eligible to get the scholarship on my status ?
Your answer will be very useful to me before applying to any govt university in India.
