Admission To MBBS In Tamilnadu Government Medical Colleges Under State Or All India Quota For The Student Studied In Abraod From 6th Std

Dear Sir/Madam
I am working in Abroad (Kuwait) my daughter also studying in Kuwait from 8th standard to 12th Standard this year (will finish in 2020 March), whether she can apply for MBBS in Tamilnadu Medical colleges under All india quota or state quota or open category or we have to go in NRI quota please clarify
