I myself Skandha Rathore currently doing my 12 and I am from Taif, Saudi Arabia. I was able to gather some information regarding the CWIG scheme.
So, sir as the scheme mentions of the SAT exam, I would like to know whether writing the exam on May 2019 will be of any use? or If I will be eligible for this scheme as my parents were curious about this matter.

  • If you are an Arabian citizen, you are eligible for DASA/CIWG scheme as you're a Foreign National.

This scheme is applicable for Non-Resident Indians, Persons of Indian Origin, Overseas Citizens of India and Foreign Nationals (living in India).

As you fall into the Foreign National category, you can apply for DASA. The best thing about DASA is the colleges. You can onboard highly qualified colleges like National Institute of Tchnology's, Indian Institute of Information Technology's, Sschool of Planning and Architecture's and Centrally Funded Technical Institutions.

But the fee would be 4000 USD a semester.

Check the DASA 2019 for more details.
