Type  of  award:  Scholarship, renewable.
Intended use: For full-time freshman study. Designated institutions: Private colleges and  universities.
Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in  Washington.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high academic achievement, depth of character, leadership, seriousness of purpose and service orientation. Application requirements: Essay, transcript. Financial aid worksheet.
Additional  information:Must be resident of  western Washington.  Combined  reading  and math SAT scores must be greater  than  1200. Equivalent ACT scores also accepted.
