I Intend To Skip A Year During Which Time I Intend To Apply For Chemistry SAT Only With The Aim Of Scoring 800 For CIWG / DASA

Dear Sir,
I completed my Class XII in March 2019 from a school in UAE.
As I met all requirements of CIWG I applied for Computer Science in top NITs .
However as my SAT marks in Chemistry is low I do not meet the SAT cutoff marks for Computer science. I scored 800 in SAT Maths II and Physics.
I intend to skip a year during which time I intend to apply for Chemistry SAT only with the aim of scoring 800.
Am I eligible to apply under CIWG in 2020 with the scores of 800 in SAT Maths II and Physics which I secured now and with the score of 800 i intend to acheive in September 2019.
