Floyd Qualls Memorial Scholarship
Type  of  award:  Scholarship, renewable.
Intended  use:  For  full-time undergraduate  or graduate study at accredited postsecondary institution in United States. Eligibility:  Applicant  must be visually  impaired.
Basis for selection:Applicant  must demonstrate high  academic achievement, depth of character and  leadership.
Application requirements: Interview, recommendations, essay, transcript, proof  of eligibility.
Additional information: Applicant must be legally blind in both eyes. One award each for an entering freshman, other undergraduate , graduate, and vocational student, plus one discretionary award. Number of awards may  vary.
