Executive Women International Scholarship
Type of  award:Scholarship, renewable.
Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study at accredited 4-year institution  in  United States.
Eligibility:  Applicant must be high school  senior.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonsu·ate high academic achievement, depth of character, leadership, seriousness of purpose and  service orientation.
Application  requirements:  Interview,  recommendations, essay,
transcript. Biographical Questionnaire, FAFSA, most recent federal tax form(s) (Form 1040, pages I & 2; Form 1040A, pages 1 & 2; Form 1040EZ, page 1) from person who claims applicant on their income tax return.
Additional information: Applicant must reside within boundaries of participating Executive Women International chapter. Minimum  3.0 GPA. Scholarship awarded  each
academic year, for up to five consecutive years, until student completes degree. Applicants must have sponsoring teacher at their school. Must have a major/career interest in a professional field.
