Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in Hawaii. Basis for selection: Major/career interest in arts, general.
Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high academic achievement and depth of character.
Application requirements: Essay, transcript. FAFSA and SAR, SAT/ACT scores.
Additional information: Minimum 2.7 GPA. Must major in fine art, drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, or photography. Applicants must have permanent address in Hawaii. Applicants taking up mainland residency must have relatives living in Hawaii. Amount of award varies yearly.
