Intended use: For full-time undergraduate or graduate study at accredited vocational, 2-year, 4-year or graduate  institution.
Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Application requirements: Essay demonstrating (1) work efforts in attempts of avoiding student loan debt and (2) contributions to the community.
Additional information: Can be used for Study Abroad.
