My daughter is studying in IB curriculum in grade 9 (Middle Year Program), we are now planning and searching for examination which she would probably write immediately after grade 12th.

Now my apprehension is - Will i keep her in IB curriculum or shift her into CBSE curriculum for getting some competitive advantage because i think IB is not that competitive. Or it may be in Diploma Programme, i do not know about this.

What is the opinion of other fellow expatriates here in Tokyo, what do you think and what did you do for you child, i mean which curriculum (CBSE or IB).

I think for getting into competitive examination CBSE is more rigorous? Correct me if i'm wrong here. I'm talking exams like JEE, SAT or may be NEET and so on...

Please help me with this dilemma. Appreciate your efforts.
