How I Can Give Apply To Charles University As It Is One Of The Most Reputed Medicine University In Europe?

I’m a Pakistani student who is going to give her A Levels in 2020 and I wanted to ask how I can give apply to Charles University as it is one of the most reputed medicine university in Europe.
According to the information online you have to give the admission test in some countries through an agent but Pakistan wasn’t listed in it so I am unsure how to go about the process.
Or is there a way I can get admission without the admission test? Such as via my transcript or a level grades?
