Intended use: For full-time freshman study at accredited 4- year institution.
Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Applicant must be U.S. citizen or  permanent  resident.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in engineering, environmental; geology/earth sciences;  environmental  science or natural resources/conservation. Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement, leadership, seriousness of purpose and service orientation.
Application requirements: Recommendations, essay, transcript.  Description  of previously  completed high school
science project involving ground water resources or of non­ school work experience related to environment and natural resources.
Additional information: Must be entering field related  to ground  water,  e.g. hydrology  or hydrogeology. Minimum 3.0
